RxSense, the healthcare technology company improving transparency and access to affordable medications, was named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers for 2021. Ranked 148, this is the second year in a row that RxSense has received this distinguished award.
Over 10,000 businesses were considered by Forbes and Statista, that included examining over 7 million data points to identify the top 500 startup employers in America. Three aspects of each company were assessed during the evaluation: employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth.
RxSense is addressing a critical need as nearly 1/3 of Americans don’t take their prescribed medications because of the high cost of their drugs, and it’s a problem that’s only getting worse, with drug costs rising 5x faster than the rate of inflation. These pain points have become even more acute for consumers during the pandemic, with millions of U.S. workers having lost healthcare coverage, and financial pressures impacting countless more Americans.
“It’s an honor to be named among Forbes Best Startup Employers for a second consecutive year,” said Rick Bates, CEO and founder of RxSense. “Particularly in light of the unprecedented challenges of 2020, this recognition is a testament to the amazingly talented team of employees we have at RxSense who remained resolute in their commitment to serve our customers.”
